Thank you for considering IEP to publish your book.

The first step in publishing your book, as explained in FAQs section, is for us to receive your manuscript either, preferably, in Microsoft Words or in Rich Text Format.

It is very important that you read the following Agreement/Contract and understand and accept its provisions before sending us your manuscript. Please take time to read it carefully.

Once we receive your manuscript and read it we will contact you within few days (Depending upon your manuscript's length) in order to continue the next steps to publish your book.

Agreement/Contract

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, SINCE YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDO-EUROPEAN PUBLISHING (IEP) CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CREATES A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. YOU MUST ACCEPT THESE TERMS BEFORE SENDING US YOUR MANUSCRIPTS OR ANY CONTENT.

By sending your manuscripts or any content to Indo-European Publishing (IEP), you warrant, that the Content:

Is owned by you or, to the extent owned by someone else, that you have the permission to provide the Content to IEP for publishing and distribution purposes;
Does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;
Does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable;
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that the entering into of this Agreement does not conflict with any arrangements or agreements between you and any other person or entity.

IEP reserves the right to refuse to publish any content that IEP deems in violation of the terms and conditions set forth above.

Privacy Pledge

IEP SHALL NOT disclose any information you provide to any person or entity except in the following circumstances:

In response to subpoenas, court order, other legal process, to establish or exercise IEP’s legal rights or defend against a legal claim, or as otherwise required by law;
To IEP's trusted partners who work on IEP's behalf under confidentiality agreements to facilitate the POD set up, and make the publication and distribution of your work possible.

International Users

You may not use IEP’s Site or upload/ send your Contents in violation of U.S. export regulations. If you access this Site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
